Head of Sales:
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience) plus bonus and additional benefits, full time
To manage and lead the sales team, taking ownership of building sales capabilities. To act as the senior client facing sales representative on high profile sales negotiations and pitches. Experience in similar position and proven track record of exceeding targets is essential. As well as experience in leading a team, developing sales plans, strong account management experience with proven ability to increase revenues through actively managing clients. Industry experience not a requirement.
Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator:
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (dependent on experience), 45hrs per week
To be responsible for managing, promoting and marketing the Flowline groups through advertising materials, digital and social media mediums. You will work alongside the Head of Sales to develop strategies to boost sales and the company’s online presence. You will be required to have a qualification in marketing or equivalent, experience in similar role, experience of social media marketing and managing websites.
HR Assistant/Officer – 1 year Fixed Term contract:
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience), 45hrs per week
To provide maternity cover in a standalone and generalist position. You will be responsible for implementing and driving through some new HR initiatives as well as building upon the foundations already in place as the business grows. You will be working towards a CIPD qualification and looking for exposure to experiences to compliment your training. Previous experience in similar or entry level role, as well as experience of payroll is essential.
