The Water Jetting Association has launched its WJA Trade Show 2025 brochure following the success of its first exhibition in 2024 – with the message that the event will present the world of water jetting in one place.
WJA Trade Show 2025 will offer more stands for exhibitors, including two outdoor display areas, instead of one, almost doubling the amount of exhibition space for large equipment.
WJA Trade Show 2025, which once again will be free to attend, returns to StoneX Stadium in north London on Thursday 11th September 2025 after visitors and exhibitors alike praised the “buzz” created in the venue.
Excitement over 2025 event
As with last year’s event, the WJA is offering attractive packages for four event sponsors, including promotion in marketing materials, media coverage and during the event itself.
WJA Chairman and joint marketing lead Lee O’Callaghan, said: “Our WJA Trade Show 2025 brochure reflects the excitement we feel as we look forward to hosting our second major exhibition.
“All involved viewed last year’s event as a success. Exhibitors were pleased with the volume and quality of visitors, saying they generated serious sales leads, with some clinching deals on the day.
“Exhibition visitors, who came from all parts of the UK and from abroad, were also clearly impressed with the quality and range of services and equipment on display.
“WJA Trade Show 2025 will build on that success. We aim to fill 41 stands – 20% more than last year. It’s why our brochure states confidently we will have the world of water jetting in one place.”
More exhibition space
Key improvements have been built into this year’s event based on feedback from exhibitors and visitors. They include having two outdoor display areas, one at each end of the exhibition hall.
Other new additions for this year’s event include the opportunity to for exhibitors to take un-staffed display space. Once again there will be guest speakers in a revised format.
The brochure details the four sizes of stand available at WJA Trade Show 2025, and their costs. They range from 15 ‘red stands’, which are 3m by 2m to 10 ‘blue stands’, which are 6m by 4m, and nine outdoor ‘yellow stands’ which are 6m by 10m.
The fee for each stand includes the cost of one hotel room the night before the event. Associated facilities for indoor stands include a table chairs and electricity supply. Outdoor stands are supplied with a pop-up tent.
Strong interest in stands
WJA Director Leanne Smith explained: “Our new layout will improve the flow around the exhibition and increase the visibility of the external displays, which is good for exhibitors and visitors.
“We aim to attract the same wide mix of water jetting companies and organisations as exhibitors. Many of last year’s exhibitors have said they will return and others have already said they want to take stands.
“There’s clear demand for an exhibition to showcase the water jetting industry, its many applications and exciting developments. We’re confident WJA Trade Show 2025 will meet our aim to grow the event every time it’s held.”
The exhibition is being held in the Olympic Hall at StoneX Stadium, the home of Premiership rugby club Saracens, which is ideally placed for visitors, being less than 10 minutes from the end of the M1 in Hendon.
Last year’s exhibitors praised the way the exhibition was organised and the quality of visitors attracted it.
Impressed with ‘fantastic’ event
Steve Seedhouse, Sales Executive at Aquajet UK, suppliers of hydrodemolition robots and a show sponsor, said: “It’s been a positive experience for us. We’ve had good conversations with potential customers.”
Dave Malin, Managing Director of water jetting contractor Sabre Jetting, and a member of the WJA board, said: “The trade show was the perfect opportunity to champion everything we, at Sabre, care most about.”
David Beckingham, Vice President of International Sales at exhibitor and WJA member NLB Corp, flew in from Michigan, USA, for the event and was impressed with the experience.
He said: “WJA Trade Show 2024 is an amazing event. It’s given us a chance to network with a lot of other interesting and important businesses. The WJA deserves great credit for organising it. We’ll be back for the next one.”
Exhibitors in 2024 included water jetting contractors, equipment manufacturers, suppliers and hire specialists, training providers and companies supplying services to the water jetting industry.
Lee O’Callaghan said: “Our overriding aim is to create an opportunity for our members to promote the fantastic work they do, to showcase the advantages of water jetting and promote safe practices. I’m confident WJA Trade Show 2024 will achieve all the above.”
