John Jones, President of the Water Jetting Association, which is hosting the event, said: “WJA Trade Show 2024 will showcase the technical excellence and success of the UK water jetting industry, much of it driven by our members.
“Our aim is to create an event where all stakeholders in our industry can come together, promote their services, share ideas and learn more about water jetting applications and the best practice needed to deliver them.
“The water jetting industry is growing and developing rapidly. Its importance across many sectors is undeniable. There’ll be so much to see at WJA Trade Show 2024 that this will be an event that no-one connected with our industry will want to miss.”
Senior operations managers, service specifiers and health and safety specialists from key industries, including petrochemicals, oil and gas, construction, drainage and water utilities, marine maintenance, and industrial cleaning are among people who would benefit from attending the event, John Jones added.
Indoor and outdoor displays
WJA Trade Show 2024 will have both indoor and outdoor display areas.
This provides opportunities for the display of large equipment and specialist vehicles, including the latest water jetting pumps, robotic water jetting rigs, jetting and vacuumation units, hydrodemolition units, and pressure washing units.
Exhibitors will be showing the latest technology and techniques to deliver a comprehensive range of water jetting services, including tube and pipe cleaning, drain jetting, abrasive water jet cutting, surface preparation and pressure washing, including hot blast cleaning.
There will also be displays from training providers who deliver the WJA’s City & Guilds-accredited water jetting courses and an array of other industrial training programmes.
WJA Trade Show 2024 is supported by four sponsors – Flowplant, Doornbos, WaterJet Training, and Aquajet UK.
It is the first time the WJA has organised such a large trade event. It is being held the day after the association’s AGM, being held at the same venue on Wednesday 11th September.
