COVID-19 PANDEMIC – WJA TO RE-START TRAINING.

WJA – Re-start of Training Courses (Covid-19 Pandemic):

Following a meeting of the WJA Ruling Council on 09/06/2020, it was agreed to recommence ‘Face to Face’ WJA Training Courses on: Wednesday 1st July 2020 – (subject to any changes in the Government Guidelines) – also Live Webinar Training Course Presentations were expanded to include ‘All Courses’ with immediate effect(Practical Modules must be completed after Wednesday 1st July 2020). 

All training courses will be subject to a Risk Assessment from the Training Provider and subject to Government Guidelines, they will only be performed on COVID-19 Secure Sites, the number of trainees will be restricted and based on the space available to allow for correct social distancing.

The WJA are preparing the following forms (to be issued to all Training Providers) these will be forwarded during week commencing: Monday 15th June 2020:

1.  COURSE JOINING INSTRUCTION FORM

2,  PRE- COURSE CHECK LIST FORM

3.  RISK ASSESSMENT

4.  DECLARATION / SCREENING QUESTIONS FORM

5. POST COURSE FEEDBACK FORM

All Training Sites must have a COVID-19 SECURE SIGN on display and signed.
